Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached. Clothing must be free of stains, odors, or signs of wear to qualify for a refund.

3. Refund Procedure:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Exclusions:
Returns will not be accepted for items that are:

  • Damaged (due to misuse, accidents, or alterations).
  • Worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Missing original tags, packaging, or accessories.
  • Final sale items (marked as non-returnable).
  • Products purchased through special promotions or limited-time offers (these may have separate return conditions, which will be clearly stated at checkout).

5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items that are defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely and to avoid delays in processing.

6. Additional Notes:

  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
  • Gift cards or store credit may be offered as an alternative at our discretion.
  • For international orders, customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
